Specifically, regarding ensuring infrastructure and telecommunications connections to serve the people, Viettel has recently upgraded home wifi bandwidth for customers using Viettel's fiber optic Internet (wifi) and digital television, doubling data traffic for mobile customers without charging any additional fees.
Even though the epidemic is complicated, when there is an incident, regardless of day or night, Viettel employees are always present promptly to fix it and ensure smooth information for customers.

In order to serve the essential needs of people during the epidemic season, which is information and carry out urgent tasks of propaganda work, Viettel has coordinated with the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Health to deploy propaganda content to the entire population, through text messages to notify and recommend disease prevention and control.

Regarding support work in concentrated quarantine areas: Viettel Nghe An has coordinated with authorities at all levels to ensure communication; deploy free wifi (if requested by the unit); optimize 3G, 4G network quality or upgrade capacity to ensure the best network quality for people to use. Viettel implements a policy of free data and calls on mobile phones for frontline staff in quarantine areas and people who are being quarantined at concentrated locations.
