Bicycles, motorbikes, and carts are used by the villagers to transport cassava to the collection point. Because the village does not have a bridge, the price of cassava in Yen Hoa village is usually lower than in other villages in Lang Khe commune. Transporting cassava by ferry is also very difficult. In 2013, the entire village had more than 30 hectares of cassava, with an average yield of about 30 tons per hectare. Thanks to the cassava harvest at this time, the people have money to spend during the Tet holiday...
