According to the survey, the highest salary paid by enterprises in Nghe An for some job positions is 63,560,000 VND/person/month, the lowest is 3,450,000 VND/person/month.
Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe Anhas just coordinated with the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to conduct a survey at enterprises under their management in the area. Of which, there are 11 LLCs with 100% of charter capital held by the State; 21 companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State, 8,525 private enterprises and 70 enterprises with foreign direct investment (FDI).
According to survey results, the average salary that businesses pay to employees in 2024 in the province is 7.05 million VND/person/month (an increase of 6.3% compared to 2023).
In the group of companies with 100% state capital, the highest salary is 22 million VND/person/month, the average is 7.1 million VND/person/month, the lowest is 3.45 million VND/person/month.
In the block of companies with shares and capital contributions dominated by the State, the highest salary is 36.1 million VND/person/month, the average is 7.6 million VND/person/month, the lowest is 3.450 million VND/person/month.
In the private enterprise sector, the highest salary is 63.56 million VND/person/month, the average is 6.7 million VND/person/month, the lowest is 3.450 million VND/person/month.
In foreign-invested enterprises, the highest salary is 35 million VND/person/month, the average is 6.8 million VND/person/month, the lowest is 3.450 million VND/person/month../.
