After the MiG-21 was retired, the entire command staff, pilots, and technical staff of Regiment 927 were transferred to Regiment 923 (Thanh Hoa) for Su-30MK2 conversion training. In addition, Kep airport was also upgraded and repaired to be ready to receive new aircraft. Photo source: Vietnam Defense Channel |
