(Baonghean.vn) - Beekeeping is not too hard but requires a lot of knowledge and skill. The stages of larval culture, tray removal, and honey extraction all have many complicated requirements.

Quynh Hoa Commune (Quynh Luu) has a semi-mountainous terrain with many fruit orchards, suitable for developing honey bee colonies.
Honey harvesting must be based on the food area (flowering season). To determine the harvest time, beekeepers need to check regularly to know when the honey is full.

When removing the tray from the beehive, the beekeeper must be skillful and quick.

Beekeepers must use smoke to chase away bees when harvesting honey. Mr. Bui Ngoc An, a successful beekeeper in Quynh Hoa (Quynh Luu) said: "Depending on the season, each area has different types of trees and flowers with different pollination seasons. Therefore, beekeepers can harvest honey all year round."
The amount of honey varies from nest to nest.
After being removed from the hive, the honey tray will be put into a rotating drum to extract the honey. The centrifuge makes the honey flow out of the beeswax without affecting the quality and clarity of the honey.
In addition to raising bees for honey, Quynh Luu farmers also grow bee larvae to get royal jelly. Young bee larvae are grown in the hive, and worker bees will secrete a special milk to feed the larvae. After 3 days of being raised, the bee larvae will develop into young bees, which eat the milk that has been pumped in by worker bees beforehand. Therefore, after exactly 3 days, the milk must be harvested, otherwise the young bees will eat all the milk.
Breeds and techniques determine the success of beekeeping, especially in the production of royal jelly. In the photo is the process of extracting royal jelly from the bee hive.
