Muong Qua celebrates the festival.

(Baonghean) - As scheduled, in mid-April (lunar calendar) every year, the people of Muong Qua, including the two communes of Mon Son and Luc Da (Con Cuong district), eagerly participate in the festival to commemorate the founding of the Mon Son Party Branch - the first Party branch in the western region of Nghe An province.
