Ivan's representative, Epic Elite, sent an email to Bao Anh informing her that the fine and copyright fee were 10,000 euros (about 270 million VND).

Upon receiving the letter from Ivan Torrent's representative, Bao Anh's team quickly apologized to the author and took full responsibility for their oversight and failure to check carefully from the beginning. They decided to add a thank you to the film's composer Ivan and cite the source in the caption below the MV on Youtube.

Faced with Bao Anh's quick handling, Epic Elite and Ivan Torrent companies came to the final decision to only take the royalties of the above 2 songs with a value of 100 million VND, without having to pay a fine of 270 million as initially.

Bao Anh's representative shared: "Because of not understanding the rules from Youtube, the production team used 2 short music clips without asking permission from the copyright holder. However, this is truly a mistake that we feel we must take responsibility for. We would like to send our most sincere apologies to the author Ivan Torrent for the above mistake."

According to statistics, the song "Living far from you is not easy" was composed by musician Mr. Siro, and the MV was directed by Dinh Ha Uyen Thu. After a short time of posting, this MV reached more than 40 million views and is always leading the trend on Youtube.
