US prepares for second US-North Korea summit

According to Sputniknews, on November 17, US Vice President Mike Pence said the country is planning to prepare for the next summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Speaking at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit taking place in Port Moresby (Papua New Guinea), Mr. Pence emphasized: "The United States is planning the next summit between President Trump and leader Kim Jong-un. All countries must continue to unite and implement the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council. We must be vigilant and determined to be able to completely denuclearize North Korea."
A day earlier, the US State Department affirmed that the country will maintain sanctions on Pyongyang until the Korean Peninsula is completely denuclearized./.
