US provides missiles to Ukraine, causing Russia to worry
The FGM-148 Javelin is the most modern third generation missile of the US and is one of the most dangerous missiles in the world today. Military observers predict that there will be an upcoming confrontation between the FGM-148 Javelin missiles provided by the US to the Ukrainians and the tanks of the militia in the East of this country.
The United States has recently approved a plan to sell Javelin anti-tank missile systems to Ukraine. The deal includes the sale of 37 FGM-148 Javelin systems and 210 missiles for $47 million.
American experts will train Ukrainian soldiers to use these weapons systems.
The Washington Post reported that Pentagon leaders said that selling weapons to the Kiev government would be a major contribution to US foreign policy and national security.
The Washington Post commented that the FGM-148 Javelin is a weapon that the Ukrainian army can use in the fight against "pro-Russian separatists" of the two self-proclaimed states in Donbass, the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR).
The enemy's possession of the FGM-148 Javelin causes potential concern for Russia as this missile can destroy all types of tanks, including the T-14 Armata super tank.

The FGM-148 Javelin missile is very light in weight compared to its competitors. The gunner can fire and move immediately after that, because the missile will automatically find its target, thus minimizing the possibility of revealing its position and receiving counter-fire from the enemy.
The FGM-148 Javelin is a fire-and-forget anti-tank missile. Target parameters are loaded into the missile through a target search and designation system built into the launcher. After launch, the missile uses an infrared seeker to automatically track the target without the need for additional guidance or intervention from the launcher.
