America is shaping a new world order without Russia.
(Baonghean.vn) - Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vladimir Ogryzko told the Espreso TV channel in an interview that US President Joe Biden is currently building a plan to establish a new world order, in which Russia seems to be pushed to the sidelines of international politics.

The diplomat explained that Kiev cannot ignore Moscow's position now, as Russia has veto power in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and can also block any decisions in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which operates on the principle of consensus.
“The only way is to stay away from the activities of those structures where Russia has a real veto,” Mr. Ogryzko said. “It is not in vain that our Western partners are now developing and will soon implement a completely different structural concept based on the rules of world order. But one where the Russian Federation is not present. This essentially pushes Russia and other authoritarian regimes to the margins of world politics.”
The former minister expressed the view that if a country violates the UN Charter, "that order cannot satisfy anyone. So it is a fake order that Russia is abusing. So in a few months there will be a summit of democracies (this is President Biden's idea), where countries for whom democratic values are of primary importance will gather, countries that understand that there will be only one winner, democracy or tyranny".
The diplomat said that the world will soon be divided into two camps: "the democratic camp, which gathers powerful civilized states", and the authoritarian camp, which will consist of ten to fifteen states. At the same time, Mr. Ohryzko expressed hope that victory in this new world confrontation will belong to the Western camp, because this is "the historical mission of democracy"./.
