The US is deploying B-52 bombers to participate in military exercises in the Czech Republic.
US B-52 bombers and German Eurofighter fighter jets will participate in the international military exercise Ample Strike in the Czech Republic from September 3-14.
The Czech News Agency (CTK) reported on July 13 that US B-52 bombers and German Eurofighter fighter jets will participate in the international military exercise Ample Strike in the Czech Republic from September 3-14.
CTK quoted Zuzana Spackova, spokesperson for the Ample Strike military exercise, as saying that a total of 1,300 soldiers would participate in the drills, including 350 foreign servicemen.
The objective of the exercise is to improve coordination among navigation personnel, pilots, and other ground units.
The exercises were held in military areas in Boletice, Libya, the 21st Tactical Air Base in Caslav, Pardubice airfield, and the encampment area of the 15th Engineering Battalion in Bechyne.
A total of 18 countries have confirmed their participation, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany.
