Norway arrests Russian citizen suspected of planting bomb in capital Oslo
Norwegian police raised their assessment of the risk of an attack nationwide on April 9 after discovering a homemade explosive device in central Oslo the day before, Reuters reported.

In addition, Norwegian police said they had arrested a 17-year-old Russian citizen believed to be a suspect in the above incident.
Earlier on the evening of April 8, Norwegian police said they had carried out a controlled explosion on a suspected bomb device placed on a street in central Oslo.
The device, measuring 30x30cm, was found in the Groenlann area in central Oslo.
