Norway arrests Russian citizen suspected of planting bomb in Oslo
Reuters reported that on April 9, Norwegian police raised the risk assessment of attacks nationwide, after discovering an improvised explosive device in central Oslo a day earlier.

In addition, Norwegian police said they had arrested a 17-year-old Russian citizen believed to be a suspect in the above incident.
Earlier on the evening of April 8, Norwegian police said they had carried out a controlled explosion of a suspected bomb placed on a street in central Oslo.
The device, measuring 30x30cm, was found in the Groenlann area in central Oslo.
