Nafoods Group achieved top 100 sustainable development enterprises in Vietnam 2017

(Baonghean.vn) - Surpassing more than 500 entries, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company has just been honored in the group of leading companies thanks to its efforts in sustainable development.

On December 6, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) announced the 2017 Ranking of 100 Sustainable Enterprises.

This is the second year that VCCI and VBCSD have organized a vote for the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises in Vietnam to honor and recognize the efforts of enterprises in economic development while not forgetting their responsibility to society.

Surpassing more than 500 entries, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company was honored in the group of leading companies thanks to its efforts in sustainable development over more than 20 years of operation in Vietnam.

According to VCCI, the sustainable business ranking program aims to communicate, popularize and promote the most sustainable businesses. This business honoring event will be an example for businesses to constantly strive for sustainable development in social, environmental and economic aspects.

Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company has a history of formation and development over the past 20 years and has always strived to accompany Vietnam's agriculture. Currently, Nafoods is determined to become the leading economic group in Vietnam and Asia in the field of green agricultural value chain production, competing globally with a professional, sustainable, closed development strategy from breeding, planting, caring, processing, exporting and distributing - retailing to consumers.

The Honor Ceremony will continue to be held annually to evaluate and rank sustainable development businesses.
