2017 environmental inspection of many provinces and cities

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has just approved the inspection plan of the General Department of Environment in 2017, which states that it will conduct environmental inspections in many provinces and cities.

Specifically, in 2017, the General Department of Environment will inspect compliance with environmental protection laws for production and service business organizations in the following provinces and cities: Hai Phong, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long.

Inspecting compliance with environmental protection laws for establishments, industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech parks and industrial clusters in provinces and cities in the Cau River basin including Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong; Nhue - Day River including Ha Nam, Ninh Binh and Dong Nai River including Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Long An, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

Also in 2017, the General Department of Land Administration will inspect the implementation of land administrative procedures at all levels, focusing on the following procedures: land recovery, compensation, resettlement support when recovering land; land allocation, land lease, change of land use purpose; first registration and registration of land changes, granting of certificates to organizations, households and individuals carrying out procedures from July 1, 2014 to the time of inspection in a number of cities, districts, communes in the provinces of Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Hanoi and Gia Lai.

The General Department of Geology and Minerals will also conduct a thematic inspection of the management of exploration, exploitation and use of stone as common construction materials in the following provinces and cities: Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Thua Thien - Hue, Quang Ngai, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Quang Binh, Nghe An.
