(Baonghean.vn) - According to the state budget revenue and expenditure estimates of Nghe An, the total state budget revenue in 2018 must reach 12,691 billion VND (as assigned by the Provincial People's Council). Meanwhile, the local budget expenditure estimate for 2018 assigned by the Provincial People's Council is 23,779.8 billion VND, an increase of 12.3% compared to the estimate in 2017.
Nghe An's 2018 revenue estimate increased by 700 billion VND compared to the estimate assigned by the Ministry of Finance, and increased by 1,374 billion VND compared to the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2017.

Specifically: Nghe An must collect domestic tax according to the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council of 11,431 billion VND (the Ministry of Finance assigned 10,731 billion VND); collect land use fees: 2,000 billion VND; collect from import-export activities 1,260 billion VND (equal to the amount assigned by the Ministry of Finance).
Meanwhile, total expenditure needed23,779.8 billion VND, including: development investment expenditure of 5,866.284 billion VND; regular expenditure of 17,521.106 billion VND, an increase of 1,363.43 billion VND compared to the 2017 estimate (up 8.4%) due to the Central Government supplementing regimes, policies and some other expenditure tasks right from the estimate assigned at the beginning of the year; additional expenditure for the financial reserve fund; budget reserve of 389.52 billion VND...
Thus, in 2018 Nghe An still has to compensate 11,088 billion VND.
