(Baonghean.vn)- In the first 3 months of 2017, there were about 1 million visitors to Nam Dan, tourism revenue reached about 15 billion VND.

According to the data reported at the working session between Nghe An Department of Tourism and Nam Dan District Party Committee on tourism development, from the beginning of 2017 to March 25, 2017, there were about 1 million visitors to Nam Dan.

Of which, international guests: 162 groups, 838 people, with 26 different nationalities including: Canada, Korea, Laos, Thailand, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Denmark, India, Nepal, Poland, Singapore, USA, Germany, China, Czech Republic, Israel, Malaysia, Australia, Sweden, Italy, Nigeria, Brazil, Austria, New Zealand, Switzerland.

In the first 3 months of 2017, tourism revenue of Nam Dan district reached about 15 billion VND.

At the meeting, Nam Dan district had a number of recommendations and proposals for the province and the Department of Tourism, such as: Supporting funding and directing the overall and detailed planning; supporting investment in infrastructure for regions and tourist spots; supporting the construction of intra-district tours and inviting reputable travel agencies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to conduct surveys to include them in the tour programs of travel agencies.
