"Sports is something Vinh has loved since he was a child. Before participating in the arts, Vinh also graduated from the University of Sports Education in Can Tho, so he played a lot of sports later. Especially for more than a year now, Vinh has played more endurance sports. The first competition Vinh played was swimming more than 10km in the sea in Bali for more than 3 hours in July 2022. After that, filming became too stressful, Vinh decided to go running on mountain trails.
In mid-December 2023, Vinh participated in a trail race in Da Lat, climbing mountains and wading streams, a memorable journey of 26.5 hours to complete 100km. There are days when filming lasts until 9pm, but when he gets home, Nhan Phuc Vinh still has to cycle for an hour before going to bed. "If I take a break from this sport for 1-2 days and don't maintain the amount of exercise I do, it means I will lose my stamina and not be able to develop my physical strength and endurance. Therefore, I have to be very disciplined in arranging my time and almost completely meet the requirements, absolutely not being negligent," Nhan Phuc Vinh shared.
