Phu said that five months ago, he and his girlfriend rented this two-bedroom apartment for 7 million VND a month. A month later, Phu and Le Thanh Tung (27 years old) planned to use the room to grow marijuana for their own use.

Two people pooled money to buy seeds and equipment (oxygen tanks, CO2, LED lights, fans, thermometers, hygrometers)to start "farming".Phu will give Tung half of the harvested cannabis buds. The rest,Phu asked a seller for about 300,000 VND/gram.
Phu said he graduated from university and was working as a graphic designer. Due to work pressure, he often used marijuana.
