On the afternoon of April 28, Mr. Nguyen Viet Bang - homeroom teacher of class 10E, Dang Thuc Hua High School, Thanh Chuong district said: Nguyen Dinh Dong, residing in Bao Duc hamlet, Thanh Khe commune (Thanh Chuong), is a student of class 10E, Dang Thuc Hua High School. On his way home from school, while passing through Thanh Qua hamlet, Thanh Khe commune, he picked up a bag containing 9,700,000 VND.

Afterwards, Dong went to hand over the money to Mr. Nguyen Khac Duyet (head of Thanh Qua hamlet, Thanh Khe commune) to notify the return of the money to the person who lost it. After receiving the money, the head of the hamlet, Mr. Duyet, announced it on the hamlet loudspeaker. A moment later, the person who lost it came to the head of the hamlet to receive it.

According to Mr. Bang, the person who lost the money is Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet, residing in Dong Van commune, Thanh Chuong district. After receiving the information, Ms. Nguyet came to declare, provided the necessary documents and was fully verified by Mr. Nguyen Khac Duyet - the village chief, and at the same time handed over the amount of 9,700,000 VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet.
