Male student illegally entered Vietnam

At noon on April 19, in Tha Do village, Muong Tip commune, Ky Son district, a working group of Muong Ai Border Guard Station discovered and arrested two subjects illegally entering the country across the border.

Ha Ba Ly (born in 1996) - a student in Vinh city, residing in Khieu village, Noong Het town, Noong Het district, Xieng Khouang province, Laos and Luc Van Thuong (born in 1969), residing in Cau Tam village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province are the subjects who picked up and hired Ha Ba Ly.

Currently, the unit has completed the documents andadministrative sanctionsSubject Luc Van Thuong for helping, concealing, and facilitating others to enter and stay in Vietnam for the amount of 15 million VND; subject Ha Ba Ly fined the amount of 4 million VND for crossing the national border without completing exit and entry procedures as prescribed. At the same time, coordinate with local authorities and relevant forces to organize the transfer of 2 subjects to Covid-19 quarantine according to regulations.
