Masked young man shoots and kills man

On the afternoon of September 10, news from Thai Binh Provincial Police said that Dong Hung District Police (Thai Binh) and the provincial police's professional departments are focusing on investigating and clarifying the masked subject who caused the shooting.causing Mr. Pham Van Luc (born in 1977, residing in Minh Chau commune, Dong Hung district), to be seriously injured.

According to initial information, at around 11 p.m. on September 9, at the house of Nguyen Ba Quang (born in 1977, residing in Dong Khe village, Nguyen Xa commune, Dong Hung district), the homeowner and 4 guests, including Vu Xuan Hoa (born in 1992, residing in group 3, Dong Hung town) and Pham Van Luc, were sitting around when an argument broke out between Hoa and Quang.

At this time, Phan The Anh (born in 1998, residing in Phu Luong commune, Dong Hung district) went with a young man to ask to buy a dog from Mr. Quang. Angry, Mr. Hoa used his hands and feet to beat The Anh and the young man with him. Immediately, The Anh called Nguyen Van Truong (born in 1987, residing in Dong La commune, Dong Hung district) to come, but Hoa continued to argue with Truong.

A few minutes later, a young man wearing black clothes and a hat, with a mask covering his face, appeared in front of the house, coldly pulled out a gun and held it in his hand. Mr. Luc was scared and ran into the house. Seeing that, the masked man aimed at Mr. Luc and fired. As a result, Mr. Luc was shot 3 times, one of which hit him in the back, seriously injuring him.

Seeing the victim collapse in a pool of blood, the masked young man immediately left the scene.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Luc was taken to the emergency room at Viet Duc Hospital (Hanoi).

Upon receiving the report, Thai Binh Provincial Police directed professional units to coordinate with Dong Hung District Police to organize a crime scene investigation and deploy professional measures to investigate.
