Young man uses brick to destroy car in front of car owner
Thanh attacked the driver, used a brick to break the glass, damaged many parts and then sat in the car to barricade himself.
On April 26, Ninh Binh City Police (Ninh Binh Province) are detaining Le Duy Thanh (30 years old) to investigate the act of property destruction.

According to authorities, at around 12:15 pm on April 25, Mr. Pham Viet Hung (30 years old, in Ninh Nhat commune, Ninh Binh city) was parking his 5-seat car on the side of Tue Tinh street (Nam Thanh ward) when Thanh grabbed a brick and stone and smashed the windshield and many parts of the car.
Locals and the driver tried to stop Thanh but failed. After smashing the front windshield, Thanh got into the car and barricaded himself.

Police 113 was mobilized to control the suspect and bring him to the headquarters for questioning. Police suspect that before committing the crime, Thanh may have used drugs and lost control of his behavior.
