Young man stabbed his lover many times then committed suicide
After two years of living together as husband and wife, the young man stabbed his lover and then committed suicide, killing both of them.
On September 7, Ms. Chau Thi Luom (57 years old, from My Tho city, Tien Giang) heard her daughter Chau Thuy Hang (17 years old) calling for help in the room. Running there, she discovered her boyfriendMy son Nguyen Trong Hao (29 years old, from the same locality) was holding a knife and stabbing Hang many times.

Ms. Luom called out to her neighbors and took her daughter to the emergency room, but the victim did not survive. Hao also committed suicide with a knife after committing the crime and died on the spot.
According to the family, Hao and Hang have known each other and lived together as husband and wife at Ms. Luom's house for two years now, and have no children together. Hao works as a driver, while Hang is a trader.
Police believe the cause of the incident may have been a love conflict.
