Young man standing in the middle of suspension bridge jumped to his death
(Baonghean.vn) - A young man, about 35 years old, came to the middle of Dung bridge (old), took off his shoes, took off his soft hat, left it on the bridge, then jumped into Lam river.
The incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. on March 20 at Dung suspension bridge (Thanh Chuong).
According to people who witnessed the incident, at around 2:00 p.m., a young man about 35 years old, wearing a white shirt and black pants, came to the middle of the old Dung bridge, took off his shoes, took off his soft hat, left it on the bridge, and jumped into the Lam river.

Immediately after discovering the incident, some fishermen and authorities launched a rescue operation and released fishing rods to search for the fish.
At about 5:30 p.m., the body of the unfortunate man was recovered about 100 meters from the foot of the bridge.
The victim was identified as Do Khac Ky (born in 1980), from Luan Hong hamlet, Dong Van commune, Thanh Chuong district. Ky had a wife and 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl, his wife was working as a worker for a company in Bac Ninh.
Relatives said that the victim Ky had previously shown signs of psychosis due to excessive alcohol consumption. The family requested that an autopsy not be performed.
The body was handed over to the family for burial according to local customs.
