At 4:30 p.m. on January 11, a working group from the Traffic Police Team, Que Phong District Police, while patrolling and controlling, drew up an administrative violation record and temporarily detained the vehicle of Lu Van Khue (born 2005), residing in Huoi Muong village, Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district.

At that time, Lu Van Khue was driving a motorbike with license plate 37HA-012.47, violating the following violations: Not wearing a helmet for motorcyclists, carrying a passenger on the motorbike without a helmet for motorcyclists, revving the engine in a densely populated area, not having a rearview mirror on the left side of the driver, not having a vehicle registration certificate as prescribed.
In addition, at the time of the inspection, Lu Van Khue violated the regulations on alcohol concentration at the highest level, exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (1.165 mg/l).
According to the Traffic Police Department, Que Phong District Police, Lu Van Khue will be fined up to 11 million VND, have his driver's license revoked for 22-24 months, and have his vehicle impounded for 7 days.
