Young man commits suicide with poison ivy

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the local authorities of Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An, a suicide case involving poison ivy has just occurred in the area, resulting in one death.

According to information, at about 2:00 p.m. on September 19, Moong Van H (born in 1997, in Kim Da village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son) left home. At about 5:00 p.m. the same day, when H did not return, his family and villagers split up to look for him.

At about 6:00 a.m. on September 20, H's body was found lying under the embankment of National Highway 16, passing through Keo Luc 2 village, Pha Danh commune, about 1km from Pha Danh - Huoi Tu Regional General Clinic, with many symptoms of poison ivy.

According to the village management board, this is the second time H has attempted suicide. Previously, at the end of 2016, H also attempted suicide but was promptly rescued by his family.
