Young man dies suddenly, suspected of drug shock
(Baonghean.vn) - After being high on drugs, this young man had convulsions and foamed at the mouth, but was given artificial respiration by the young men accompanying him, then regained consciousness and then fell asleep.
Nghia Thang Commune Police, Nghia Dan District said: At around 4:30 a.m. on February 20, at the house of Nguyen Anh Tuan (born in 1993), residing in Sinh village, Nghia Thang commune, Nghia Dan district, a death occurred, suspected to be due to drug shock.
According to witnesses, at around midnight on February 19, Dien and a young man from Nghia Tien commune, Thai Hoa town went to Tuan's house to play. There, Dien took a syringe from his person to inject drugs.
After being high on drugs, the young man had convulsions and foamed at the mouth, but was revived by the young men who accompanied him and then fell asleep. At around 4:15 a.m. on February 20, when Tuan woke up, he found Dien dead.
Upon receiving the news, Nghia Thang Commune Police and Nghia Dan District Police immediately arrived at the scene to take statements and investigate the cause of the incident. Initially, the investigation agency determined that the young man died of drug shock.
The deceased victim was Hoang Nghia Dien (born 1990), residing in Hamlet 6, Nghia Tien Commune (Thai Hoa Town).
