(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 23, 2014, in Vinh City, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee organized a training conference on foreign information and journalism in 2014. Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

Participating in the training were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, press agencies and representatives of relevant departments and branches, as well as representatives of spokespersons and press managers of districts, cities and towns.

In his opening speech, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highlighted the purpose, significance and content of the training course, in which he highly appreciated the results of foreign information dissemination and press management in the province in recent times, and pointed out some shortcomings and limitations. This is the reason why the Provincial People's Committee periodically organizes conferences to improve knowledge and capacity in foreign information management and providing information to the press.
