(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 8 in Vinh City, the Provincial Military Command held a conference to review experiences in stationing and guarding in 2015.

Attending the conference were Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the command.

In recent times, the Provincial Military Command has led and directed its affiliated agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and implement directives and instructions from the General Staff and the Military Region 4 Staff on guard duty throughout the army and the management and use of weapons, ammunition, and combat readiness.

Agencies and units have organized staff, equipment, and provided training on stationing and guarding skills for Guard Teams, Squads, Platoons, and Military Control Teams, and guarding according to the forms and instructions of superiors; organized 24/7 guarding, strictly managed soldiers, people, and vehicles entering and exiting the main and side gates; ensured absolute safety for agencies and units; contributed to ensuring safety, order, and social security in the stationed area.
