Improve the quality of union inspection committee activities
Inspection and supervision is an indispensable part of the activities of trade unions. Doing a good job of inspection and supervision will contribute significantly to the implementation of the political tasks of trade unions.
On the morning of March 14, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution 06b/NQ-TLĐ dated August 3, 2015 of the Executive Committee of the 11th General Confederation of Labor and 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01/KL-BCH dated March 15, 2021 of the Executive Committee of the 12th General Confederation of Labor on improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the trade union inspection committee.

The inspection, supervision and operation of the Trade Union Inspection Committee at all levels in the province always receive the attention and direction of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee.Provincial Federation of Labor. The staff doing the inspection work at all levels have solidarity, courage, opinions and responsibility in their work, always receiving support and facilitation from superiors and the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the trade union at the same level. Since then, the inspection and supervision activities of the Trade Union have had many positive changes, creating a clear impression.
To implement the Resolution's targets, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized 164 financial inspections of subordinates, and 3,948 inspections of the direct superior trade union. Regarding the inspection of charter compliance, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized 99 inspections of subordinates, and 3,935 inspections of the direct superior trade union.

The Provincial Federation of Labor also inspected when there were signs of violations at 2 grassroots-level unions and disciplined 3 full-time union officials after the Party's disciplinary decision. 100% of complaints and denunciations under its authority were promptly resolved by the unions, contributing to protecting the rights of union members and workers.
In order to carry out tasks and solutions, trade unions at all levels have focused on disseminating, popularizing and thoroughly understanding contents related to inspection and supervision work. After each Congress, the Inspection Committees at all levels have developed operating regulations and work programs, focusing on important areas such as trade union finance, public asset management, collection and payment of union fees and contributions, proactively resolving complicated cases and coordinating with competent authorities to resolve complaints and denunciations.

At the same time, improve and consolidate the organization and improve the quality of training and professional development for union inspection committee officials at all levels; Ensure working conditions and implement policies and mechanisms for union inspection committee officials; Timely implement rewards and discipline.
Looking back at the results of 10 years of implementing Resolution 06b/NQ-TLĐ and 5 years of implementing Conclusion 01/KL-BCH, the conference also frankly acknowledged the shortcomings and limitations in the implementation process. From there, it found out the causes and proposed solutions to achieve the targets in the coming time.

The conference also listened to 7 comments and operational experiences from the units. At this time, the grassroots labor federation units have been and are simultaneously organizing a summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution 06b/NQ-TLĐ.
Summarizing the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation assessed the seriousness of the units in the activities of the inspection committee. At the same time, she acknowledged and responded to the enthusiastic comments of the delegates. On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation also awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Resolution 06b/NQ-TLĐ of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
