The commencement ceremony for training and combat readiness transition exercises is a significant event, marking the beginning of a new training season for the provincial armed forces. A new feature of this year's conference is that the Provincial Military Command directed the Training and Operations Department and the Staff Department to coordinate with the Propaganda Department and the Political Department to produce a film summarizing the activities of the commencement ceremony for training and combat readiness transition exercises of the entire provincial armed forces. Based on vivid and engaging visuals, the film aims to introduce and commend units that performed well, while also criticizing those that did not perform their duties well.
Regarding advantages: Within a short timeframe, the Command Headquarters, along with districts, towns, cities, regiments, schools, and the two islands, proactively carried out comprehensive preparations, including troop training, organizing sports competitions, and competitions for innovative technical improvements and training models; organizing "Training Deployment" exchanges and training deployment ceremonies in a solemn and dignified manner, creating a positive impression on local Party committees and authorities, as well as fostering a vibrant competitive spirit among officers and soldiers. Immediately after the training deployment, the Command Headquarters and all subordinate agencies and units quickly organized training to transition to combat readiness, ensuring proper operation, close alignment with actual combat conditions, and guaranteeing the safety of personnel and weapons and equipment…
With a spirit of honesty, objectivity, and a desire for progress, the conference also frankly pointed out shortcomings that need to be overcome, such as: During the training mobilization ceremony, the parade formations of some agencies and units were not aesthetically pleasing; some units have not invested in researching and improving training models and teaching aids… During combat readiness transition exercises, some units lacked a high sense of responsibility; the quality of constructing fortifications and battlefields was not guaranteed; and the organization of training and living in evacuation areas did not comply with regulations…
The conference discussions and distributed video discs serve as an important basis for agencies and units to learn from, draw lessons from, and better fulfill their training and combat readiness tasks in the future.
