Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Hong Ky - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Department of Transport emphasized: Traffic accidents occur due to people, vehicles and roads. In addition to propaganda and education to raise awareness of compliance when participating in traffic, strict inspection of vehicles, ensuring safety for traffic infrastructure is very necessary. From the beginning, the examination and assessment work needs to focus on surveying and designing to accurately and specifically assess other related impacts such as weather and environmental factors... This helps to minimize the risks that lead to traffic accidents.
