(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 27, in Vinh City, the Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to open a training course on Party and government mass mobilization work in 2013. Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Government Mass Mobilization Steering Committee.
During 3 days (August 27-29), trainees will be trained on the following topics: Implementation of Decree 60/CP on implementing grassroots democracy regulations in enterprises; content and methods of implementing grassroots democracy regulations in agencies, units and localities; Mass mobilization work in planning, building and implementing socio-economic development investment projects, compensation, land clearance, resettlement; Mass mobilization work in coordinating drug prevention; Coordination work in traffic safety propaganda.

In addition, leaders of relevant departments will also deploy the following contents: Coordination of propaganda on the Law on Environmental Protection; Coordination of propaganda on population work; Exchange of experiences on implementing the Regulations on mass mobilization work of the political system and the Regulations on contact and dialogue with the people; Special topics of the Committee for the Advancement of Women; Exchange of some tasks of mass mobilization work in 2013, orientation of tasks in 2014.
In order for mass mobilization work to meet practical requirements in the current period, comrade Le Xuan Dai reminded the trainees to raise awareness and responsibility for mass mobilization work for cadres and civil servants in the entire political system; Continue to implement Directive 18/2000/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on strengthening mass mobilization work in state agencies; Promote the implementation of the Democratic Charter in all forms; Raise the sense of responsibility to serve the people of cadres and civil servants, considering this the most basic and decisive solution in the work of mass mobilization of the government. Strengthen the leadership of Party committees at all levels in the work of mass mobilization of the government.
