This is a Decree on coordination between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense in performing the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crime and national defense tasks.

The report at the conference stated that in recent times, the three forces have proactively coordinated well in organizing the work of grasping, analyzing, and forecasting the situation on key routes, areas, and fields. Focusing on exchanging information related to the situation on the periphery, border areas, mountainous areas, ethnic groups; the situation of foreigners; sea and island issues; border management, control of people and vehicles through land border gates... Thereby, more than 50 related information were exchanged, serving well the work of ensuring national defense and security.
