Improve the efficiency of newspaper distribution and use in Quy Chau, Nghia Dan
(Baonghean.vn) - On September 13 and 14, a working delegation of Nghe An Newspaper, together with the Propaganda Department and Post Office of Quy Chau and Nghia Dan districts, inspected the publication and use of newspapers in a number of communes in the area.
The delegation conducted inspections in Chau Thuan and Chau Binh communes (Quy Chau district) and Nghia Yen and Nghia Mai communes (Nghia Dan district). Based on the inspection results on the time of receiving newspapers and the situation of newspaper use by prestigious people according to Decision 18/QD-TTg, the delegation aimed to more closely assess the current situation of newspaper delivery work of the postal sector and the quality of newspaper use.

In general, in the villages that the delegation inspected and surveyed, the work of publishing and using newspapers had some positive changes; newspapers covered nearly 100% of Party cells, and the information system (through newspapers) for prestigious people was provided with assurance.Some villages and prestigious people proactively receive and use newspapers appropriately, so the results are better, and the information in the newspapers has the power to spread among the masses.
However, through the actual inspection, the delegation also found that in some areas, especially remote and isolated areas, newspaper delivery still has some limitations, newspapers are delivered to readers slowly; there are still cases of mistaken newspaper delivery leading to missed newspapers of some subjects.

In addition to checking the quality of newspaper delivery to prestigious people, the working group also grasped the situation of newspaper distribution and use according to Directive 11-CT/TW of the Politburo and Directive No. 03-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to continue to urge the distribution.
Based on the results of the inspection and actual survey, the working group discussed the results with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the leaders of the District Post Offices to take corrective measures; at the same time, synthesized the situation to coordinate with the Provincial Post Office to have solutions to advise on improving the effectiveness of newspaper distribution and use in the coming time.
Currently, according to Decision 18/QD-TTg, Quy Chau district has 113 newspapers issued to 113 prestigious people in 11 communes; similarly, Nghia Dan has 114 Nghe An newspapers issued to 114 village elders and prestigious people in 18 communes.
