Improving skills for union officials and union members of Nghe An Business Bloc

Speaking at the opening of the training conference, comrade Tran Quang Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc affirmed that in recent years, taking care of training and professional skills for the Youth Union staff in the bloc is one of the contents that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc and the Provincial Youth Union of the Enterprise Bloc have paid special attention to.

In particular, through the organization of conferences and training programs, it will create conditions for grassroots union cadres to review the knowledge, skills and professional expertise they have learned. At the same time, they will supplement and update new knowledge and skills and find solutions to help the union movement meet the increasingly high requirements in the new situation.

This year, in the context of the complicated development of the epidemic, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Bloc has implemented online learning. In which, there is the participation of a team of lecturers and reporters with a lot of experience to exchange and convey necessary and important knowledge and skills.

During the 2 days (November 7 and 8), the trainees will be instructed on 8 key contents. Among them, the topics include: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style on self-reliance, self-strengthening, and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country"; Organizational work and preparation for the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province (term 2022 - 2027) and the 12th National Youth Union Congress; orientations for youth in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints.

Currently, the Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Union has 4,301 union members from 87 grassroots unions at enterprises across the province.

Every year, 350 - 400 outstanding union officials and members participate in conferences, training programs, and knowledge improvement on union work.
