Enhancing knowledge for starting cooperatives and businesses.

(Baonghean.vn) - During the two days of the 20th and21/7/2015In Vinh City, the Nghe An Provincial Cooperative Alliance, in coordination with the Department of Planning and Investment, organized a training course on starting cooperatives and businesses for member cooperatives and businesses, as well as founders who are successful business households in traditional craft villages.

During the course, participants are equipped with knowledge on business planning for cooperatives, marketing strategies; starting a business and linking value chains, detailed structure of a business plan; analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats... while also exchanging experiences and cooperating for mutual development.

The training aims to cultivate a workforce of cooperatives and businesses with the skills and capabilities to manage and operate cooperatives and businesses effectively, with high competitiveness, and the ability to formulate business strategies that meet the requirements of development and integration into the regional and global economy.

This is one of the activities implementing the project to train the team of entrepreneurs in Nghe An province for the period 2012 - 2015, with consideration up to 2020.
