Enhancing negotiation skills in commercial contract signing.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 30th, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nghe An branch, in coordination with the Center for Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises, organized a training course on negotiation and bargaining in signing commercial contracts.

Attending the course were 30 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nghe An province, operating in three supply chains: seafood, handicrafts, and animal feed. They were equipped with essential and fundamental knowledge about negotiation and bargaining in commercial contract signing. Lecturers from the Central Training School for Industry and Trade Officials – Ministry of Industry and Trade provided participants with basic negotiation strategies, preparation, language, negotiation techniques, as well as common situations and how to handle them during negotiations.

The course took place over two days, October 30-31, 2015, as part of the project "Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to develop industry clusters in the rural value chain" in 2015 for small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.
