General Petr Pavel, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, said the January 21 meeting in Brussels was aimed at advising NATO member governments in preparation for the alliance's summit in Warsaw next July.
The most important task for us, military leaders and advisers to heads of state, is “to steer the ships through rough seas,” Mr. Pavel pointed out.
