Dien Chau National Team vs. Thai Hoa Town National Team 8-2: Surprise in Group B

In their opening match, Dien Chau team lost 3-5 to defending champions Nam Dan team. Meanwhile, Thai Hoa Town team, although not yet competing, is considered the stronger team due to coming from a locality with a talent development program affiliated with SLNA Club and being led by experienced coach Le Minh Dinh.
This assessment seems plausible, as in the 2nd and 5th minutes, ND TX Thai Hoa scored two goals thanks to Luong The Quang and goalkeeper Dinh Trong Hieu, taking a 2-0 lead. However, these goals did not come from effective attacking plays but from mistakes by the defenders and goalkeeper of ND Dien Chau.

The remaining minutes of the first half showed that the playing style of ND TX Thai Hoa was not sharp, and the technical skills of the players were only average.
