Throwing a dead body into a neighbor's house to frame someone
To resolve a conflict, a man in Binh Phuoc dug up a woman's body and threw it into his neighbor's rubber garden to "take revenge".
On August 22, Binh Phuoc People's Procuracy approved the decision to prosecute Nguyen Minh Xuan for the act ofViolation of the body.

According to the investigation, on the evening of July 18, Xuan went to the dam near his house in Tan Khai commune, Hon Quan district to pull his net and discovered the body of a woman floating. He pulled it to shore, searched for the phone and buried the body.
The next day, Xuan was afraid that people would find out, so he dug a hole and buried the body in the local cemetery. Late on August 20, remembering the grudge with the family next door, he had the idea of framing this person for killing the victim. Xuan continued to dig up the body and threw it into the neighbor's rubber garden.
Police intervened and found the victim's phone in Xuan's trunk. Through questioning, the man admitted his actions.
