Neymar lập hat-trick, Barca giữ đỉnh bảng trong sức ép từ Real

While Real put the pressure on by beating Sevilla 4-1, Barca had a similar win away at Las Palmas.

Thanks to the victory over Las Palmas, Barca has 87 points after 37 rounds. The Catalan team continues to hold the number one position, while Real has the same number of points but is ranked second due to a lower secondary index.

Despite being behind, Real are putting a lot of pressure on Barca. With two games left in hand, the Bernabeu team only needs four more points to win the championship. Meanwhile, the final match against Eibar may not be enough for Barca to decide their own fate.

In the victory over Las Palmas, unlike the previous rounds, Messi played a bit more quietly. The striker wearing the number 10 shirt had many chances to shoot towards goalkeeper Varas' goal but all lacked accuracy.

While Messi was unlucky, Neymar unexpectedly played the leading role in scoring goals to bring a big victory to Barca. The Brazilian star successfully executed all three shots from close range in the 25th, 67th and 71st minutes.

Neymar might not have scored the opening goal so easily without the support of Luis Suarez. In the counter-attack in the 25th minute, Suarez was completely capable of finishing one-on-one with goalkeeper Varas to score instead of passing to "number 11" to shoot into an empty net.

Besides scoring, Neymar also did not forget his role as an assist. Two minutes after the opening goal, the Brazilian star returned the favor with a through ball for Suarez to run down and flick the ball past goalkeeper Varas to double the gap.

Suarez easily scored in a one-on-one with Varas.

In addition to the combination of the MSN trio in attack, Barca also overwhelmed Las Palmas with precise passes from midfield. The three players, Iniesta, Busquets and Rakitic, not only coordinated well in controlling the game but also knew how to create goals. In the 25th minute, Busquets passed the ball with his heel for Iniesta to make a long pass to Suarez, leading to the opening goal. When the match entered the 67th minute, it was Rakitic's turn to show off his talent when he made a cross for Neymar to head in close range.

In between Barca's goals, Pedro Bigas equalized for Las Palmas with a diving header in the 63rd minute. Kevin-Prince Boateng's goal to reduce the deficit was largely due to an accurate cross from the right wing.

A mistake led to Las Palmas' equaliser, but Barca quickly responded convincingly. After Neymar's header made it 3-1 in the 67th minute, the visitors needed just four more minutes to close out the win. This time it was Neymar who finished the ball, gently pushing the ball past goalkeeper Varas, after a good pass from Jordi Alba.
