Neymar faces the risk of a 6-year prison sentence for his move to Barcelona.
The Brazilian striker faces the risk of a six-year prison sentence, due to suspected fraud in his 2013 transfer to Barcelona, and is currently under investigation by law enforcement.
According to Sky Sports, Spanish judge Jose Maria Vazquez Hunrubia is leading an investigation into allegations surrounding Neymar's irregular transfer from Santos to Barcelona. If convicted, Neymar could face up to six years in prison.

Barca signed Neymar from Santos in 2013, and by January 2014, an investigation had begun due to conflicting and inconsistent information.
The AFP news agency claims to have a detailed copy of the case file, signed by Judge Hunrubia.
At the time of Neymar's purchase, Barca stated they paid 57.1 million euros, with Santos receiving only 17.1 million euros in fees, and the remaining 40 million euros going to the striker's parents.
Immediately after the investigation was launched, Sandro Rosell resigned as President of Barca, and revealed that the actual transfer fee the Catalan club had to pay was 86.2 million euros.

Neymar, the Brazilian striker's parents, current president Josep Maria Bartomeu, and former president Sandro Rosell are allegedly involved in fraud allegations and will face trial in the near future, following a complaint from DIS, the entity that owns a portion of Neymar's assets.
DIS (which received 6 million euros) claims that Santos and Barca colluded to conceal the true value of the transfer. No specific date has yet been set for the hearing related to the case.
After four years playing for Barca, Neymar moved to PSG last summer for a record transfer fee of 222 million euros.
