It should be noted that the delegation included commercial and defense attaches from the local embassies, who were fully briefed on the superior features of the weapons produced by Shcheglovsky Val.
The visit of high-ranking Russian diplomats abroad to work at the arms factory is believed to have no other purpose than to promote the export of these special items to interested partners.
During their time on duty in the host country, these diplomatic officials will be responsible for marketing Russian weapons to potential customers, so it is extremely necessary to thoroughly understand the features and functions of the Pantisr-S1.

It is known that the Pantsir-S1 short-range anti-aircraft missile and artillery system has long been an item of interest to Vietnam and may proceed to purchase in the near future.
With a tradition of prioritizing the purchase of weapons, military equipment and supplies that have proven their capabilities on the battlefield, Vietnam can be completely assured when witnessing the excellent performance of Pantsir-S1 in Syria.
Now that Russia has moved to promote the sale of Pantsir-S1 to military partners, Vietnam can consider the possibility of moving straight to the most advanced version, Pantsir-SM, as Moscow has handed over a few of these complexes to Algeria to test their features in the field.
