Russia shoots down “loitering” drone over Hmeymim base, Syria
Unidentified drones were spotted in the sky near the Hmeymim airbase in Syria, all air targets were destroyed, a representative of the Hmeymim airbase said.

"On June 30, in the evening, airspace control equipment of the Hmeymim airbase detected a group of small-sized air targets of unknown origin in the northeast of the airport," the statement said.
It is known that all air targets were destroyed by missile devices of the Russian air base. There were no human and material losses as a result of the drones' attack.
The news added that Russia's Hmeymim air base is operating normally.
