Russia: Serious fire at shoe factory kills 10 people
On January 4, 10 people were killed after a fire broke out and engulfed a shoe factory in the city of Novosibirsk in Siberia, eastern Russia.
According to Xinhua, local prosecutors said that among the victims were Chinese citizens. An electrical short circuit was the cause of the serious fire.
Meanwhile, Russian news agency RIA quoted information from the emergency agency saying that 10 people were killed, including 7 Chinese citizens, 2 Kyrgyzstan citizens and a Russian citizen./.
