Russia destroys two Ukrainian S-300 divisions; updates on the situation in Bakhmut.
Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Zaporizhzhia Council of Authorities, stated that during the attack on a Ukrainian armed forces depot in Pavlograd (in the central Dnipro province), Russian forces destroyed two S-300 air defense divisions.
"According to unconfirmed information, in Pavlograd, Russian forces seized a cache of materials and explosives for Grom-2 tactical-operational missile systems," RIA Novosti quoted Rogov as saying.
Earlier, Rogov stated that Russian forces attacked railway infrastructure and ammunition and fuel depots in Pavlograd, which were being used by Ukrainian armed forces to prepare for an offensive in the direction of Zaporizhzhia.
Ukraine has not commented on the information.

The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that, in the direction of Donetsk, its units continued their offensive in the western suburbs of Bakhmut.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian paratroopers supported offensive operations and neutralized enemy forces on both flanks.
Meanwhile, tactical and air forces, as well as artillery, attacked enemy personnel and equipment in the Kalinovka, Chasov Yar, Nikolaevka, and Stupochek areas of Donetsk.
The US transferred Zuni missiles to Ukraine.
According to the UNIAN news agency, the Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, Mykola Oeshchuk, has released several images of Su-25 aircraft carrying Zuni missiles that the US promised to transfer to Ukraine.
Earlier, in early January, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper stated that the US was transferring 4,000 Zuni surface-to-air missiles to Ukraine as part of a new military aid package.
