Russia mass-produces combat robots for the army
A series of combat robots for the Russian army could be produced as early as 2018.
According to the statement of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the testing of combat robots at the state level as well as in the army is almost completed. Therefore, the start of mass production of combat robots can be carried out as early as the first months of this year.

These statements were made by the Russian Defense Minister at the “Russia - Land of Opportunities” Forum held in Moscow on March 15. The Russian Defense Minister also emphasized that, to date, the construction of regional mine-clearing robots has been completed. Such robots are being mass-produced by Russia./.
