Russia will participate in the OSCE mission, Ms. Grishina said. She noted that from a legal point of view, the participation of Russian citizens in the OSCE mission "does not have any restrictions and cannot have any."
In theory, problems can still arise, but in practice it is necessary to act within the legal framework of the International Protocol on the Status of the OSCE. We strictly adhere to this Protocol, - the CEC secretary explained.
Previously, the Ukrainian Electoral Commission had asked the country's CEC not to register observers holding Russian passports.
