According to the British newspaper The Sun, the Russian army has equipped the T-14 Amta fighting machine with a special stealth cloak to help it evade enemy radar systems.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also ordered 100 T-14 Armata “stealth” tanks to be on combat alert, amid escalating global tensions.
The UV detector system installed in the tank is responsible for giving warnings when artillery shells are flying while the 125mm smoothbore gun can fire at a rate of 100 rounds per minute.
The T-14 Armata main battle tank can completely destroy targets within a range of up to more than 8km.
Not only that, the T-14 Armata tank is also equipped with an automatic turret that can rotate 360 degrees at high speed to be able to shoot back threats coming from any direction. This turret is automatic, so soldiers can just sit in another location and use the remote control to adjust the tank's direction of operation.

The T-14 Armata is also covered with thin iron armor, providing protection against high-precision anti-tank weapons and close-range weapons such as hand-held grenade launchers.
The stealth cloak worn on the T-14 Armata tank is called Mantiya. The principle of operation of this cloak is very simple. It can absorb radar waves, reflect them and at the same time scatter them, reducing the ability to detect moving objects.
Meanwhile, the operating temperature of the tank will also be reduced to the same level as the surrounding space. Therefore, the T-14 Armata tank can become “invisible” to weapons such as the US military’s Javelin missile warhead, which often uses heat detectors to hit targets.
Comparing the T-14 tank with Western combat vehicles, the new design is said to be 25-30% superior to the American Abrams tank, the French Leclerc tank and the German Leopard 2.
